For the uninitiated – Facebook Messenger<\/a> is an instant messaging app designed by Facebook. Through Messenger, you can engage with friends, family and, if you\u2019re a business, with your prospects and customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you activate the Live Chat-Messenger integration?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To integrate your Facebook Messenger with your Live Chat, get in touch with your Client Account Manager:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need to share your Facebook page access with your CAM. Just get in touch with your CAM and they\u2019ll walk you through the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To request activation of the live chat service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Billing Tab<\/strong> in your AnswerConnect Portal<\/a> <\/li>
  2. Click Change plan<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Select Additional services<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Tick the box for Live chat support<\/strong><\/li>
