In the majority of cases, companies will use a shared platform with individual accounts for key team members (such as salespeople). You can integrate your appointment scheduling service with your own calendar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re using a Google or Office 365 calendar, you can enable 2-way sync for you and your team in the Setmore web and mobile apps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Google Calendar &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491007-2-way-google-calendar-sync-premium-pro-feature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Support article<\/a><\/li><li>Office 365 &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/support.setmore.com\/en\/articles\/491012-2-way-office-365-calendar-sync-premium-pro-feature\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Support article<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to schedule appointments yourself<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can book appointments through your existing calendar app (ie Google Calendar, Microsoft 365). You can also schedule appointments using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.setmore.com\/mobile-appointment-scheduling-software\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Setmore web and mobile app<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To book your first appointment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Go to your AnswerConnect app<\/li><li>Go to Settings<\/li><li>scroll down to my Account in the left sidebar and choose Scheduling.<\/li><li>Click <strong>Launch App<\/strong><\/li><li>From your Setmore calendar, choose the time and date you want to book the appointment.<\/li><li>Choose the provider (this is the person from your team who will take the appointment)<\/li><li>Select which service they will provide in this appointment<\/li><li>Confirm the date and time<\/li><li>Choose whether the appointment will repeat on future dates\/times.<\/li><li>Click on Customer.
