What does the integration do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This integration can create or update a Trello card on your board whenever your virtual receptionist takes a message for your business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Activating the Integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From your AnswerConnect app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click Settings<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Select Integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Choose the Trello integration card.<\/li>
  5. Click Integrate<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Connecting your accounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Enter your Trello username and password to connect your account to AnswerConnect. If you are already signed into Trello in your browser, grant access through the popup authorisation window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Set up your target. You can choose to either create a new card or update an existing card. Then click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Choose the Board and List from your Trello account where you want to send your new cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Map the message fields to their corresponding Trello attributes and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

     Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

    Next, click the Test<\/strong> button to verify if the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Deactivating the integration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To deactivate the integration:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to Settings<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Select Advanced Settings<\/strong> <\/li>
    3. Click Integrations<\/strong><\/li>
    4. Choose the Trello integration card <\/li>
