If you have different staff on duty at different times and want to have your calls transferred accordingly, we can help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’d like to add a designated person for us to transfer calls to, contact our client services department at 0800 802 1039 or by email at clientservices@answerconnect.co.uk<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you already have a person in your script and just want to change the info, you can do it yourself through your AnswerConnect App. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to My Directory.<\/li>
  2. Select the team member you want to edit.<\/li>
  3. Click edit profile.<\/li>
  4. Edit the phone number.<\/li>
  5. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If your on-call staff rotate frequently, we can add an on-call schedule to your account. This will let us know who is on duty on a given day. You’ll be able to edit this information at any time if your staffing changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To update your on-call schedule:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Go to business lines.<\/li>
    2. Select the desired account.<\/li>
    3. Choose call flow.<\/li>
    4. Add the new name and number.<\/li>
    5. Hit Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
