In the AnswerConnect App, you can mark which holidays you are closed, so your virtual receptionists will have this information to pass along to your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can log in to the App here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to the Settings<\/strong> tab.<\/li>
  2. Go to Company details<\/strong>.<\/li>
  3. Select Business Hours<\/strong>.<\/li>
  4. Beneath Business hours, you’ll see an option for Closures<\/strong>.<\/li>
  5. Check the box for any days you are going to be closed. When you’re done, click Save<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
