It helps your business maintain seamless, professional communication even when your office is closed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of leaving callers with a generic voicemail or uncertainty, they\u2019ll speak with a real receptionist who can deliver a clear, branded message that reflects your holiday hours, offers special instructions, sets expectations around response times, or even forwards urgent enquiries to your on-call staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> You\u2019ll work with our Client Services Team to create your holiday script. Once it\u2019s set up, it will automatically go live on any dates you mark as closures in your account settings. This ensures your customers hear the right message every time, keeping your business consistent and professional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your holiday script is created in collaboration with our Client Services Team. They\u2019ll ensure your script reflects your business tone, holiday hours, and any special instructions.
