If you would like to download a list of your calls for a given period, first log in to your AnswerConnect App.
- Then, go to Settings in the main menu.
- Then choose Billing & Reports.
- Got to Reports.
- Select the date range using the filter. You can create custom date ranges by selecting Custom and inputting the desired dates.
- After selecting your date range, click the Export icon.
When you see the green checkmark indicating the export is complete, choose “Click here to download.”
After you download the data, you can import this file into your spreadsheet application of choice, such as Excel or Google Sheets.
