You can update your company address in your AnswerConnect App. This will change the address our receptionists see when they answer your calls. 

 These instructions will not change your billing address. If you need to change your billing address, please let us know by calling 0800 802 1039 or emailing clientservices@answerconnect.co.uk.

To change the address our receptionists see when answering your calls:

  1. Go to your AnswerConnect App 
  2. Select Settings from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  3. Go to Company Details.
  4. You’ll see your business name, location, email and phone number here.
  5. Click in the Location text field to edit your business location.
  6. After entering your new company location, click Save.
