Yes! Appointment-setting is one of our core services, and we’ve developed our own very popular application, Setmore, to handle this. All AnswerConnect accounts come with free access to the premium Setmore product.
To use Setmore to allow us to set appointments for you, first log in to your AnswerConnect Portal.
To log in to the Portal, click here and enter your username and password. Alternatively, you can use the login button at the upper right corner of the AnswerConnect home page.
At the bottom of the menu on the left side of your screen, you’ll see a “laptop and phone” icon. Click that, and choose Setmore from the list.
You’ll be taken to a Setmore signup page. If you need help with Setmore, here’s their own knowledge base.

Follow the steps to set up your Setmore account. Then contact us at clientservices@answerconnect.co.uk or 0800 802 1039 to get your Setmore calendar integrated into your script.
