Our receptionists, or Client Experience Associates, are based across the UK.*
We operate with a remote working model. That means our receptionists work from their home offices rather than a central call centre. This helps us provide flexibility and work-life balance for our employees and eliminates any background call centre noise.
In addition, having our Client Experience Associates spread out geographically means we won’t suffer outages due to localised power outages, snowstorms or other obstacles.
*During peak hours, we may forward some calls to our virtual receptionists in the US and Canada.
