What does the integration do?
This integration creates a new Lead in ClioGrow whenever your virtual receptionist takes a message for your business.
Activating the integration
From your AnswerConnect app:
- Click Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- Select Integrations.
- Choose the ClioGrow integration card.
- Click Integrate
Connecting your accounts
Enter your ClioGrow API token.
Choose Leads as the Setup Target and click Continue.
Map the AnswerConnect fields to the corresponding ClioGrow attributes and click continue.
Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.
Next, click the Test button to verify the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.
Deactivating the integration
To deactivate the integration:
- Go to Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- Click Integrations
- Choose the ClickGrow integration card
- Click Deactivate
