What does the integration do?

This integration automatically pushes caller information to Freshsales as either a Contact or a Lead.

This integration is a one-way sync.

Activating the integration

From your AnswerConnect app:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings
  3. Select Integrations.
  4. Choose the Freshsales integration card.
  5. Click Integrate

Linking your accounts

Enter your Freshsales username and password to connect your account with AnswerConnect.

Give your Freshsales account a name, especially if you plan to connect more than one.

Input the API key and the subdomain name of your Freshsales account.

To get your API key, go to your Freshsales account and click on your profile picture. Then choose Profile Settings and then copy your API key.

Choose the Freshsales list (Contacts or Leads) where you want your AnswerConnect data exported.

Completing the integration

Map each AnswerConnect message field you want to export to a corresponding Freshsales attribute. Then, click Continue.

 Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.  

Click Test to make sure the fields are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.

Deactivating the integration

To deactivate the integration:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings
  3. Click Integrations
  4. Choose the Freshsales integration card
  5. Click Deactivate
