How can I get a copy of my bill?

We’ve gone paperless! To save trees, we no longer mail out paper invoices. 

However, invoices are available to view and download from your AnswerConnect App at any time. 

Just choose Billing from the main menu, and you’ll see your invoices listed there. 

Click on the one you want and it’ll open in your browser in PDF format. Then you can print or download it.
