Auto-pay makes it easy for you to pay your AnswerConnect bill each month automatically.

You can use direct debit or a credit card for your automatic payments.

To set up auto-pay, log into your AnswerConnect App with the button at the upper right corner of our website here.

In the app,

  1. Go to Billing & Reports.
  2. Click Add a new payment method to add your auto-pay method.
  3. Select Pay by card or Direct debit.

When you first sign up, you will be asked to provide a credit or debit card for the initial payment. This card is automatically set to auto-pay unless you check the box to remove this.
