What does the integration do?

This integration allows you to push your messages to Clio. In Clio, you can set the messages to become either a new Contact or a Task assigned to a Contact or User.

Activating the integration

From your AnswerConnect app:

  1. Click Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings
  3. Select Integrations.
  4. Choose the Clio integration card.
  5. Click Integrate

Connecting your accounts

Click Connect. In the pop-up window, enter your Clio username and password to allow the AnswerConnect app to access your Clio account.

Choose whether you’d like the integration to create Contacts or Tasks in Clio. Then, click Continue.

Map the message field to the corresponding Clio attributes. Then, click Continue.

 Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk.

Click Test to verify the fields are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.

Deactivating the integration

To deactivate the integration:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings
  3. Click Integrations
  4. Choose the Clio integration card
  5. Click Deactivate
