What does the integration do?

When our virtual receptionists answer a call for your business, the integration pushes the caller’s information to your Zoho account as either a Lead or a Contact.

This integration is a one-way sync.

Activating the integration

From your AnswerConnect App:

  1. Click on Settings
  2. Select Advanced Settings
  3. Select Integrations.
  4. Click the Zoho CRM integration card.
  5. Click Integrate

Connecting your accounts

  1. Enter your Zoho username and password to connect your account with AnswerConnect.
  2. Click the edit icon next to the account to name your account.
  3. Click Continue.

Select the Zoho list where you want to export your contacts and click Continue.

Map the AnswerConnect fields to the corresponding Zoho attributes and click Continue.

 Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.

Next, click Test to verify that the attributes are mapped correctly. Successful mapping will activate the integration.

Deactivating the integration

To deactivate the integration

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click Advanced Settings
  3. Select Integrations
  4. Choose the Zoho CRM integration card
  5. Click Deactivate.
