Contact verification refers to the process of verifying a return caller based on their call details and previous call history.

Contact verification allows your virtual receptionists to quickly confirm who they are speaking with. Verifying a contact also helps avoid repeating unnecessary information when the caller contacts you again.

Your virtual receptionists record caller details the first time they get in touch. They can then recognise the caller when they get in touch with your business again.

To verify a contact yourself, simply:

  1. Upload the number as a contact.

Or

  1. Go to the caller in your Inbox and click the white tick next to their name.
  2. The tick will turn blue to confirm it’s been verified as a contact.
  3. To remove verification of a verified contact, simply click the blue tick again.
