How do I deactivate the Constant Contact integration?
To deactivate the integration:
- Go to Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- Click Integrations
- Choose the Constant Conntact integration card
- Click Deactivate
I've switched accounts on my Constant Contact. How do I get my AnswerConnect to connect with my new Constant Contact account?
When configuring the integrations, you will be given the option to connect the preferred account in the Connect section. In case of account changes, you can click on the Connect button to connect your new Constant Contact account.
