How do I deactivate the Pipedrive integration?
To deactivate the integration:
- Go to Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- Click Integrations
- Choose the Pipedrive integration card
- Click Deactivate
I've switched accounts on my Pipedrive. How do I get my AnswerConnect to connect with my new Pipedrive account?
When configuring the integrations, you will be given the option to connect the preferred account in the Connect section. In case of account changes, you can click on the Connect button to connect your new Pipedrive account.
