How does it Work?

When you integrate your Zendesk account with AnswerConnect, you'll be able to see all of your chats and the AnswerConnect dashboard on a single window. When our agent or a user ends a chat, a ticket will be created in the Zendesk application. These tickets will also be listed on the sidebar while being searchable.

The integration adds two tiny icons. The icon on the Top bar will pop-up the chat box, while the one on the Navigation bar will open the entire AnswerConnect dashboard.
